About the Role:
You’ll be joining a small but dynamic company that wants to build on its steady growth during the last six years. Since we started in 2014, we have acquired some of the world’s leading financial service businesses as clients. Now we want to accelerate that growth.
We are looking for someone to focus on:
- Creating and leading a Business Development plan to acquire new clients
- Creating and leading a Marketing Strategy to deliver long-term business growth
- Working with partners and suppliers to create assets which promote FS Partnership
The job will be home-based with regular meetings in and around the South East of England.
About you:
You will have experience working inside a financial services business with an understanding of the challenges that come with business development and marketing in the industry. Ideally, you’ll have all or some of the following:
- Direct experience working in a financial services organisation. A genuine interest in business development with a focus and track record of delivering commercial results.
- Experience developing and successfully implementing strategic plans for business growth.
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to influence Marketing Directors and decision makers in some of the world’s largest businesses.
- The ability to self-motivate, with a strong preference to work remotely.
